Corero (AIM: CNS) (OTCQX: DDOSF) ("Corero" or "the Company"), the distributed denial of service ("DDoS") protection specialists and champion of adaptive, real-time service availability, provides the following commercial update for the three months ended September 30, 2026 ("Q3 2026") and is pleased to report continued momentum, building on the strong channel performance delivered in H1 2026.

Unaudited Third Quarter Highlights

  • Q3 2026 orders: up 50% to $11.1 million (Q3 2025: $7.4 million)
  • YTD orders: up 28% to $25.4 million (YTD 2025: $19.9 million)

Order Intake grew by 50% to $11.1 million in Q3 2026 (Q3 2025 $7.4 million) with strong demand driven by strong channel growth expanding Corero's geographic reach across North America, Western Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Central America and Oceania and new Tier-1 telecommunications customers in the US and UK. Year-to-date order intake increased by a robust 28% to $25.4 million, from $19.9 million in the corresponding period of 2025.

Tier-1 Contract Wins

Commercial progress during the quarter included two Tier-1 contract wins, each in a market where demand for network protection is being driven by regulation and infrastructure growth.

In September 2026, Corero announced a $3.4 million five-year managed services contract with a UK Tier-1 fixed and mobile telecommunications provider. Corero will deploy DDoS protection across the customer's critical network infrastructure, delivered through its on-premises technology and UK-based security operations centre, which gives the customer demonstrable UK operational sovereignty. The customer is already subject to the Telecommunications Security Act and is preparing for the heightened network-resilience and incident-response requirements expected under the Cyber Security and Resilience (Network and Information Systems) Bill, which is progressing through Parliament.

In the US, Corero secured a 3-year, $1.4 million contract with one of the largest wireless carriers in the US, a Tier-1 global brand with worldwide reach. Corero will protect the customer's wireless network with its software-only solution across their complex, multi-vendor infrastructure.

These contract wins were made possible, in large part, as a result of the intensive product development output generated by Corero's market-leading engineering team, bringing six new products to market in 2025. These new products and capabilities have expanded Corero's product portfolio, which can now deliver a broader suite of service availability security solutions demanded by the world's largest, complex and most discerning organisations.

In September 2026, Corero also announced a three-year $0.5 million contract with a US NeoCloud provider. The initial deployment covers two data centres, with scope to extend across further facilities in the customer's portfolio. Corero now protects three of the largest NeoCloud providers, giving it an established reference base in the fast-growing AI and cloud data centre market.

Channel-led Expansion

In addition to the Tier-1 wins, Corero secured new business across Europe, Latin America and Asia-Pacific during the quarter, with all but one contract originated through a channel partner.

In Europe, partners added three new customers: a national mobile operator in eastern Europe, a telecommunications provider in Slovenia, Corero's first customer in the country, and a national transport infrastructure body in the United Kingdom. In Switzerland, an existing data centre customer placed an expansion order to extend its existing deployment.

In Latin America, Corero won its first customers in Mexico and Costa Rica, with a regional partner securing a telecommunications customer in Mexico. These wins build on Corero's strong contribution and market position in Brazil, expanding its presence across Central and South America.

In Australia, a contract expansion with a government ICT services provider was won via a regional channel partner.

Carl Herberger, CEO of Corero, commented:

"This was another strong quarter for Corero, with bookings growth noticeably enhanced by the contribution of our renewed channel partner program which is enabling us to capitalise on a number of market drivers, namely; the ever-evolving attack landscape, increasing governance and regulation of critical infrastructure globally driving requirements to demonstrate availability resilience, and accelerated growth in AI data centre and neocloud markets.

We are confident in our ability to turn this momentum into sustained growth and long-term value for shareholders."
