- Corero further strengthens Latin America presence with key partnership extension alongside additional recent contract wins in the region
Corero (AIM: CNS) (OTCQX: DDOSF), the distributed denial of service ("DDoS") protection specialists, today announced a $0.6 million expansion of its partnership with TechEnabler, a leading technology service provider in Brazil. The agreement expands the existing DDoS Protection-as-a-Service ('DDPaaS') contract and extends the partnership for an additional year.
The contract expansion upgrades the existing Corero SmartWall ONETM solution to now include the new 400G platform across the TechEnabler network, delivering enhanced managed security solutions to its growing customer base across Latin America.
In addition to TechEnabler, Corero has recently signed a new contract with DigitalnetBR as well as the previously announced Forte Telecom contract within the region. These contract wins highlight Corero's commitment to equipping regional customers with high-performance, real-time DDoS defence technology tailored for complex network environments.
Carl Herberger, Chief Executive Officer at Corero, commented:
"TechEnabler is a forward-thinking provider, and this partnership has already enabled us to expand our footprint in Latin America with a strong, service-driven business.
This contract expansion underscores the demand for next-generation solutions amid an increasingly complex DDoS threat landscape and further demonstrates Corero's ability to innovate at the forefront of these technology changes. With the roll-out of our 400G platform in Latin America, Corero continues to open up new commercial opportunities by increasing our competitiveness in the DDoS defence market."
