Following the death of a fund beneficiary, Lord Lee has ceased discretionary investment management for a fund, resulting in him no longer having an interest in those specific shares. Consequently, Lord Lee is now interested in 1,746,600 ordinary shares, representing 2.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC), a designer and manufacturer of leading-edge computer products, systems and mission critical solutions used in high-performance markets by some of the world's major OEMs, announces that it has received a notification from Lord John Lee of Trafford in respect of a change to his notifiable interest in the Company's ordinary shares.
Following the death of the beneficiary of that fund, Lord Lee has ceased to exercise discretionary investment management in relation to the fund, with responsibility for the fund, including the exercise of voting rights and investment decisions, passing to the executors of the beneficiary's estate. As a result, Lord Lee no longer has an interest in those shares.
Accordingly, Lord John Lee is now interested in 1,746,600 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 2.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
