Exercise of Options and TVR
Concurrent Technologies PLC announced the admission to trading of 50,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each, issued to satisfy the exercise of employee options under its EMI share option scheme, with dealings expected to commence around 8:00 a.m. BST on 18 December 2025. Following this issuance, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights will be 86,989,048, which shareholders can use as a denominator for calculating their notification requirements under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Concurrent Technologies PLC (AIM: CNC), a designer and manufacturer of leading-edge computer products, systems and mission critical solutions used in high-performance markets by some of the world's major OEMs, announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") of 50,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") to satisfy the exercise of options by certain employees granted under the Company's EMI share option scheme. It is anticipated that Admission will become effective, and that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence on or around 8.00 a.m. BST on 18 December 2025.
Total Voting Rights
Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 86,989,048. This figure of 86,989,048 Ordinary Shares may be used by Company's shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Concurrent Technologies Plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
