SIS Dividend Declaration
Catalyst Media Group PLC (CMG) announced that Sports Information Services (SIS), in which CMG holds a 20.54% interest, has declared a final dividend of £1.721 million for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. CMG's share of this dividend amounts to approximately £0.354 million. Following the receipt of this dividend, CMG anticipates its cash reserves will be approximately £0.425 million.

The Board of CMG (AIM: CMX) is pleased to announce that Sports Information Services (Holdings) Limited ("SIS"), in which CMG has a 20.54% interest, has today declared a final dividend of, in aggregate, £1.721 million in respect of its financial year ended 31 March 2025.
Following receipt of the Company's share of the abovementioned dividend distribution, which amounts to approximately £0.354 million, CMG anticipates holding approximately £0.425 million in cash reserves.
