Further to yesterday’s announcement of the strategic investment, Critical Mineral Resources plc (LSE: CMRS) announces that it has applied for 154,460,412 new ordinary shares of £0.01 each (“Ordinary Shares”) to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the Main Market of London Stock Exchange plc (“Admission”).
Admission is expected at 8.00 a.m. on 8 October 2026. The new Ordinary Shares rank equally with the Company’s existing Ordinary Shares.
Total Voting Rights
Following Admission, the Company will have 496,037,691 Ordinary Shares in issue, all admitted to trading, each carrying one vote. No shares are held in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
