Notice of Investor Webcast
Capital Metals PLC has announced an investor webcast scheduled for Wednesday, 19 November 2025 at 10 a.m. GMT to discuss a recent mineral resource upgrade for the high-grade Taprobane Minerals Project in Sri Lanka. While no new material financial information will be disclosed, investors can submit questions in advance via the Investor Meet Company platform by 9 a.m. GMT on 18 November 2025. The company is developing the mineral sands project, which has a potential NPV of US$155-235m based on a 2022 Preliminary Economic Assessment, and anticipates creating over 300 jobs and paying over US$150m in royalties and taxes.

Capital Metals (AIM: CMET), a mineral sands company approaching mine development stage at the high-grade Taprobane Minerals Project in Sri Lanka (the "Project"), will host a webcast and Q&A for investors to discuss the recent mineral resource upgrade in respect of the Initial Mining Area.
The webcast will be conducted via the Investor Meet Company platform on Wednesday, 19 November 2025 at 10 a.m. GMT. A recording of the webcast will be made available on the Company's website later that day.

Investors who already follow Capital Metals on the Investor Meet Company platform will automatically be invited.
