Caledonia Investments plc has announced that as of September 30, 2026, its issued share capital comprises 509,000,367 ordinary shares of 0.5p each, all of which carry voting rights and none are held in treasury. This total figure of 509,000,367 ordinary shares will serve as the denominator for shareholders to calculate their notification requirements regarding interests in the company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the "DTRs"), Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") notifies the market that, as at 30 September 2026, Caledonia's issued share capital included 509,000,367 ordinary shares of 0.5p each with voting rights. No ordinary shares were held in treasury.
The above figure of 509,000,367 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or changes to their interests in, Caledonia under the DTRs.
