Director/PDMR Shareholding
Caledonia Investments plc announced that on August 6, 2026, Fiduchi Trustees (UK) Limited, as trustee of the Caledonia Investments Share Incentive Plan, purchased a total of 34 ordinary shares at 390.68 pence per share on behalf of executive directors. Specifically, Mr. Cayzer-Colvin acquired 4 shares, increasing his total SIP holding to 404, while Mr. Masters and Mr. Memmott each acquired 15 shares, bringing their respective SIP holdings to 1,564 shares. These purchases were made through the dividend reinvestment of their interim dividend entitlement, which was 4.004 pence per share.

Pursuant to the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation (the "MAR"), Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") announces that on 6 August 2026, Fiduchi Trustees (UK) Limited, as trustee of the Caledonia Investments Share Incentive Plan (the "SIP"), purchased 34 ordinary shares of 0.5p (each a "Share" and together, "Shares") in the capital of the Company on behalf of the following executive directors.
Following the payment of the Company's interim dividend of 4.004 pence per Share on 6 August 2026, each of Messrs. Cayzer-Colvin, Masters and Memmott acquired Shares through the dividend reinvestment of their dividend entitlement at a price of 390.68 pence per Share.
