Total Voting Rights
Caledonia Investments plc has announced that as of 31 May 2026, its issued share capital comprises 514,914,166 ordinary shares of 0.5p each, all of which carry voting rights. The company confirmed that no ordinary shares are held in treasury. This total figure of 514,914,166 ordinary shares will serve as the denominator for shareholders to calculate their notification obligations under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the "DTRs"), Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") notifies the market that, as at 31 May 2026, Caledonia's issued share capital included 514,914,166 ordinary shares of 0.5p each with voting rights. No ordinary shares were held in treasury.
The above figure of 514,914,166 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or changes to their interests in, Caledonia under the DTRs.
