Director/PDMR Shareholding
Caledonia Investments plc announced that on May 27, 2026, Fiduchi Trustees (UK) Limited, as trustee of the Caledonia Investments Share Incentive Plan, purchased 164 ordinary shares on behalf of executive directors Mathew Masters and Robert Memmott. Each director acquired 41 Partnership Shares at 364.2050p per share, and each was awarded 41 Matching Shares for nil consideration, bringing their total holdings within the SIP to 1,176 shares each.

Pursuant to the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR"), Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") announces that on 27 May 2026, Fiduchi Trustees (UK) Limited, as trustee of the Caledonia Investments Share Incentive Plan (the "SIP"), purchased 164 ordinary shares of 0.5p (each a "Share" and together, "Shares") in the capital of the Company on behalf of the following executive directors.
In accordance with the terms of the SIP, each eligible participating employee can purchase Partnership Shares using monthly contributions deducted from salary, and the Company awards one Matching Share for every Partnership Share purchased by participating employees. 41 Partnership Shares were acquired by each of Mathew Masters and Robert Memmott at 364.2050p per Share. A total of 41 Matching Shares were therefore awarded to each on the same date for nil consideration.
