Checkit plc (AIM: CKT), the automated monitoring and operational intelligence platform for frontline-led organisations, provides an update to shareholders regarding the Formal Sale Process announced on 26 March 2026.
Further to the announcement of 22 May 2026, the Board has appointed EC M&A as Joint Financial Adviser to manage discussions with interested parties as it progresses with the Formal Sale Process. The appointment reflects the Board's focus on maintaining an efficient and internationally coordinated process as it evaluates strategic interest in the Company.
EC M&A is a US headquartered M&A adviser founded in 1992 specialising in industrial and life science technologies with offices in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, São Paulo, London, Frankfurt, Paris, Hong Kong and Beijing. Its website may be viewed at: www.ec-ma.com.
Shareholders are advised that this announcement does not represent a firm intention by any person to make an offer under Rule 2.7 of the Takeover Code.
