Block listing application
Clarkson PLC has applied to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 140,000 ordinary shares of 25p each, expected to be admitted to trading on the Main Market on October 20, 2026. These shares will be issued from time to time under various employee share plans and will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares.
