The Company announces that as at close on 30 November 2025 its issued share capital consisted of 30,901,198 ordinary shares. Each share carries the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights is therefore 30,901,198 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
