Cohort, the independent technology group, is today hosting a visit for institutional investors to its subsidiary Systems Engineering and Assessment Ltd (SEA)'s site at Barnstaple, Devon, UK.

The visit will include presentations from SEA's management team focusing on SEA's Trainable Decoy Launcher System (known as Ancilia), its integrated anti-submarine warfare system tailored to smaller vessels (Krait), its lightweight Torpedo Launcher System (TLS), and a facility tour. Presentations will be made available online after the event.

Cohort has been successful with a number of recent contract awards, including the 26 March 2024 announcement of a £135m Royal Navy countermeasures contract. These, together with other recent order wins, were stated as expected to materially enhance the Group's earnings.

No new information on current year trading will be shared at the site visit.
