Chariot Limited has announced a change to its registered office, effective October 1, 2026, relocating to Ground Floor, Mill Court, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1EJ. This administrative change coincides with the renaming of its Guernsey administrator and company secretary from Oak Fund Services (Guernsey) Limited to Highvern Fund Services Limited. All other company contact details remain unchanged.

Chariot Limited (the “Company”) announces that, with effect from 1 October 2026, its registered office has changed to: Ground Floor, Mill Court, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1EJ.
The change follows the relocation of the Company’s Guernsey administrator and company secretary, which has also changed its name from Oak Fund Services (Guernsey) Limited to Highvern Fund Services Limited.
All other contact details for the Company remain unchanged.
