Total Voting Rights
Georgia Capital PLC announced that as of August 31, 2026, its total issued share capital consists of 33,504,789 ordinary shares of £0.01 each, with 33,419,789 shares in circulation carrying voting rights. The company also holds 85,000 shares in treasury pending cancellation. This figure of 33,419,789 total voting rights will serve as the denominator for shareholders calculating their notification obligations under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
