Georgia Capital PLC announced that as of May 31, 2026, its total issued share capital consists of 34,120,950 ordinary shares of £0.01 each, with each share carrying one voting right, resulting in a total of 34,120,950 voting rights in circulation. The company also holds 20,435 shares in treasury pending cancellation. This figure is to be used by shareholders for calculating their notification requirements under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
