Total Voting Rights
Georgia Capital PLC has announced that as of 30 January 2026, its total issued share capital consists of 34,754,357 ordinary shares of £0.01 each, with each share carrying one voting right. The total number of voting rights in circulation is therefore 34,754,357, and there are no shares held in treasury pending cancellation. This figure serves as the denominator for shareholders calculating their notification obligations under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
