Total Voting Rights - Replacement
Georgia Capital PLC has amended its Total Voting Rights announcement. The corrected figures reveal the total number of shares in issue is 35,399,357 ordinary shares with one voting right attached to each share. The total number of voting rights in circulation is 35,331,857. The company also holds 67,500 shares in treasury pending cancellation. All other details from the original announcement remain unchanged. These figures are as of October 31, 2025.

The following amendment has been made to the Total Voting Rights announcement released on 03.11.2025 at 10:06 under RNS No. 9120F:
The figures for the total number of shares in issue, the total number of voting rights and the number of shares held in treasury have been updated. The original announcement incorrectly stated that the total number of shares in issue was 35,339.357, the total number of voting rights in circulation was 35,339.357 and the number of shares held in treasury was 0.
All other details remain unchanged.
