Georgia Capital PLC (the "Group" or "Georgia Capital") announces that the Group has cancelled 424,313 treasury shares bought back under the US$ 25 million share buyback programme (the "Programme"). As a result, the total number of shares cancelled since the launch of the Programme in May 2024 is 660,313.
In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4, the Group discloses the following information:
