Caffyns plc has announced the appointment of Joelle Timperley as Chief Financial Officer and a Director, effective 5 January 2026, replacing Michael Warren who is retiring after ten years in the role. Timperley, a chartered accountant and CIMA Fellow, brings extensive finance experience from previous CFO and senior finance roles at Hynamics UK, Iveco Group, and Immergas Group. Warren will step down from the Board on the same date but will assist with a smooth transition.

The Board of Caffyns is pleased to announce the appointment of Joelle Timperley as Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the Company with effect from 5 January 2026.
Joelle is a chartered accountant and CIMA Fellow and brings with her many years of relevant finance experience. Most recently Joelle was CFO at Hynamics UK, a subsidiary of EDF Group and prior to that she held senior finance and legal roles within Iveco Group and Immergas Group.
Joelle is replacing Michael Warren who, after 10 years as Finance Director of the Company, is retiring. Michael will step down from the Board on 5 January 2026 but will continue to work with Joelle to ensure a smooth transition.
