Colefax Group PLC has announced an update to the timetable for its Tender Offer, with the results now expected by 8:00 a.m. on October 23, 2026, a slight delay from the original October 22 date. The purchase of shares under the Tender Offer will proceed on October 23, 2026, with CREST accounts to be credited and cheques for proceeds to be despatched on October 30, 2026. These dates are indicative and subject to change, with any revisions to be notified via regulatory announcement.

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 7 October 2026 in relation to the Tender Offer, the Company announces that the results of the Tender Offer, previously expected to be announced on 22 October 2026, are now expected to be announced by 8.00 a.m. on 23 October 2026.
