Telesur Upgrade Goes Live

Cerillion, the billing, charging and customer relationship management software solutions provider, is pleased to announce the successful completion of a major upgrade for Telesur, the leading telecommunications provider in Suriname, with the implementation and launch of the latest version of Cerillion's BSS/OSS suite, Cerillion 26.1.

The transition to Cerillion 26.1 gives Telesur access to a broad range of new capabilities. Notably, Cerillion's Promotions Engine enables Telesur to design, configure and launch new offers much more quickly. The new release also brings AI-powered agents to support greater automation and operational efficiency, along with an expanded range of TM Forum Open APIs, which simplify integration.

In addition, updates to CRM Plus give Telesur's teams a clearer, real-time view of customer data, bringing together information from across different systems to support more informed interactions and simplify user training. Together, these enhancements are helping Telesur to accelerate the creation of new services, improve customer engagement, and maintain a secure, future-ready platform aligned with evolving industry standards.

In the next phase of work for Telesur, Cerillion will roll out its new composable Self Service module, which enables more flexible digital journeys and supports e-'Know Your Customer' (eKYC) for customer onboarding.
