CEPS notes recent press speculation and confirms that it is in negotiations with a third party regarding a possible disposal of one of its subsidiaries, ICA Group Limited ("ICA Group").
No agreement has been reached, and the Board emphasises that there can be no certainty that any firm offer for ICA Group will be made, nor as to the terms on which any offer might be made.
