Further to the announcement made by the Company on 27 September 2023, the Board of CEPS announces that it has been informed that Vale Brothers Limited ("Vale"), a subsidiary of CEPS's associate company Vale Brothers Group Limited ("Vale Group"), has, on 9 October 2023, filed a 2nd Notice of Intention to Appoint Administrators. This will allow the company and the proposed administrators additional time to progress the sale of the business and assets of the company.
A further announcement will be made as matters progress.
