Cardiff Property PLC announced that all resolutions were approved at its Annual General Meeting, including the final dividend of 20.0 pence per share for the year ended 30 September 2025. This dividend is scheduled to be paid to shareholders on 30 January 2026, with the record date set for 16 January 2026.
