C&C Group plc has announced its total voting rights and capital as of December 31, 2025. The company's issued share capital comprises 379,590,028 ordinary shares, with 9,025,000 ordinary shares held in treasury and thus not carrying voting rights. Consequently, the total number of voting rights available to shareholders for notification purposes under FCA rules is 370,565,028.

As at 31 December 2025, the issued share capital of the Company is 379,590,028 ordinary shares of €0.01 each. The Company also holds 9,025,000 ordinary shares in treasury, which do not carry voting rights.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 31 December 2025 is 370,565,028.
The above figure of 370,565,028 may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules sourcebook.
