C&C Group plc has announced that as of November 30, 2025, its issued share capital comprises 379,590,028 ordinary shares, with 9,025,000 shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total number of voting rights available to shareholders is 370,565,028, which will serve as the denominator for shareholders determining their notification obligations under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

As at 30 November 2025, the issued share capital of the Company is 379,590,028 ordinary shares of €0.01 each. The Company also holds 9,025,000 ordinary shares in treasury, which do not carry voting rights.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 30 November 2025 is 370,565,028.
The above figure of 370,565,028 may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules sourcebook.
