Vincent Crowley steps down as Senior Independent Director; Chris Browne appointed to replace him.

C&C Group plc, ("C&C" or the "Company"), announces that Vincent Crowley, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, will step down from the Board at the conclusion of the Company's 2024 Annual General Meeting, expected to be held on 11 July 2024, after serving almost 9 years on the Board. Vincent will also step down from his role as Senior Independent Director with effect from 15 February 2024, and Chris Browne OBE, Non-Executive Director has been appointed as Senior Independent Director with effect from 15 February 2024.
Ralph Findlay, C&C Group Executive Chair, commented: "I would like to thank Vincent for his dedication to C&C and his significant contribution to the Board as Non-Executive Director, and Senior Independent Director has been invaluable.
