Further to the announcement made on 25 July 2025, Close Brothers Group plc ("the group" or "Close Brothers") is pleased to announce that the sale of Winterflood Securities ("Winterflood") to Marex Group plc ("Marex") completed today following regulatory approval.
The results of Winterflood up to the date of completion will continue to be presented as discontinued operations in the group's financial statements.
