Carclo plc will announce its half-year results for the six months ended 30 September 2025 on Friday, 21 November 2025, at 7:00 am. The Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer will subsequently host a live presentation on the London Stock Exchange Sparklive platform at 9:00 am to discuss the results, offering an opportunity for existing and potential shareholders to engage and submit questions.

The Company is pleased to announce that Frank Doorenbosch, Chief Executive Officer, and Ian Tichias, Chief Financial Officer, will provide a live presentation relating to the results for the period ended 30 September 2025 via the London Stock Exchange Sparklive platform on Friday 21 November at 9.00 am.
The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be pre-submitted via the SparkLive event page or at any time during the live presentation.
