Central Asia Metals PLC has announced its total voting rights as of 27 February 2026, stating that its issued share capital comprises 178,006,319 Ordinary Shares, with 193,325 shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total number of voting rights available to shareholders is 177,812,994, which will serve as the denominator for shareholders calculating their notification obligations under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
