Built Cybernetics plc announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting, with resolutions 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, and 8 receiving 100% of votes cast in favour. Resolution 3 passed with 99.99% in favour, resolution 5 with 99.80%, resolution 9 with 91.57%, resolution 10 with 80.89%, resolution 11 with 91.55%, and resolution 12 with 89.74%. The total voting capital represented was 51.57%.
