The Company announces that it has transferred 31,313 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") out of treasury to settle partner staff share options which have been exercised. The Ordinary Shares were all formerly held as treasury shares.
Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company holds 112,965 Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 161,487,641, and the total voting number of voting rights (which excludes shares held in treasury) is 161,374,676.
