The Company has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2025 (the "Annual Report") together with a separate notice of its Annual General Meeting (the "Notice of Annual General Meeting") to shareholders.

The Company will hold its Annual General Meeting at 9.00am on Tuesday, 28 October 2025 at its head office at 21 Lombard Street, London EC3V 9AH. The Notice of Annual General Meeting sets out the arrangements for the meeting and how shareholders may vote and ask questions. Any changes to the arrangements for our Annual General Meeting will be posted on our website.
In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R, the Company has submitted electronic copies of the Annual Report, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the form of proxy to the Financial Conduct Authority via the National Storage Mechanism at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
