Breedon, a leading vertically-integrated construction materials group in Great Britain, Ireland and the United States, announces that Helen Miles, independent non-executive director will cease to be Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of Severn Trent plc and appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of Vistry plc on a date to be agreed in 2027.

A further announcement will be made once the effective date of Helen’s appointment is known.
This announcement is made in compliance with the Company’s obligations under Listing Rule 6.4.6.
There are no additional matters that would require disclosure under 6.4.8R of the Listing Rules of the UK Financial Conduct Authority in respect of this appointment.
