Brickability Group PLC announced that Richard Cosgrove, Managing Director of the Bricks and Building Materials and Importing Divisions, exercised 37,004 options on ordinary shares at £0.01 each, which were satisfied by existing shares from the employee benefit trust. To cover tax liabilities, Mr. Cosgrove sold 17,832 ordinary shares at 52.60 pence each. Following these transactions, Mr. Cosgrove beneficially owns 113,183 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.04% of the company's issued share capital.

PDMR shareholding
Brickability Group PLC, a leading distributor and provider of specialist products and services to the UK construction industry, has been notified of the following transactions by a PDMR of the Company.
On 11 December 2025 Richard Cosgrove, Managing Director of the Bricks and Building Materials and Importing Divisions, exercised 37,004 options over ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), which vested pursuant to an award granted on 27 October 2022 under the Brickability Group PLC Long-Term Inventive Plan. The exercise has been satisfied through the allocation of existing ordinary shares held by the Brickability Employee Benefit Trust and, as such, no new ordinary shares have been issued in connection with the option exercise.
In order to satisfy the personal tax liabilities and other costs arising on exercise, Mr Cosgrove sold 17,832 Ordinary Shares at a price of 52.60 pence. In accordance with the Company's remuneration policy, Mr Cosgrove will be required to hold the balance for a minimum period of two years from the date of vesting.
Following the transactions outlined above, Richard Cosgrove is beneficially interested in a total of 113,183 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
