Bow Street Group (AIM: BOW), the owner and operator of "Wildwood" and "dim t" restaurants, announces that on 7 November 2025, Keith Lassman, Non-executive Director and his spouse, Michele Lassman, transferred 2,387,653 and 3,122,346 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") respectively, from their personal broking accounts to their ISAs at a price of 0.49 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these transfers, Keith and Michele Lassman's beneficial holdings in the Company's issued share capital remain unchanged at 4,021,983 and 3,400,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.18% and 0.15%, respectively.
