Exercise of Warrants
Borders & Southern Petroleum plc announced that its CEO exercised warrants for 210,526 new ordinary shares at 10 pence each, raising £21,052.60. These new shares, expected to be admitted to AIM around September 28, 2026, will rank equally with existing shares. Following this, the company's total issued share capital will be 888,518,742 ordinary shares, representing the total voting rights.

Borders & Southern Petroleum plc (AIM: BOR), the London based independent oil and gas exploration company with appraisal and exploration assets offshore the Falkland Islands, announces that it has received notification from Harry Baker, CEO, to exercise warrants over 210,526 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Warrant Shares") at the exercise price of 10 pence per Warrant Share, for an aggregate cash value of £21,052.60.
Application has been made for admission of the Warrant Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will occur on or around 28 September 2026. The Warrant Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”).
Total Voting Rights
Following Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will consist of 888,518,742 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 888,518,742 and this is the figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
