Exercise of Warrants
Borders & Southern Petroleum plc has announced the exercise of warrants for 201,300 new ordinary shares at an exercise price of 10 pence per share, generating aggregate cash proceeds of £20,130. Borders & Southern Petroleum plc (AIM: BOR), the London based independent oil and gas exploration company with appraisal and exploration assets offshore the Falkland Islands, announces that it has received notification from a warrant holder to exercise warrants over 201,300 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Warrant Shares") at the exercise price of 10 pence per Warrant Share, for an aggregate cash value of £20,130.
Application has been made for admission of the Warrant Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will occur on or around 18 June 2026. The Warrant Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Total Voting Rights
Following Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will consist of 881,043,024 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 881,043,024 and this is the figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
