Total Voting Rights
Following the purchase, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 304,435,492 Common Shares, of which 19,014,384 Common Shares will be held in treasury under Diagonal Nominees Ltd. Therefore, the total number of voting rights will be 285,421,108. Shareholders will be able to use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules
