Exercise of Share Options
Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc has issued 480,910 ordinary shares following the exercise of employee share options at £0.00125 per share, bringing the total issued ordinary shares to 68,817,346. Application has been made for these new shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, with dealings expected to commence around 24 July 2026. 20 July 2026 --- Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc (AIM: BKS), a cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets, announces that it has issued a total of 480,910 ordinary shares of £0.00125 each ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options under the Beeks Financial Cloud Employee Share Option Plan, at an exercise price of £0.00125 per Ordinary Share (the "Option Shares").
Application has been made for the 480,910 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), and dealings are expected to commence on or around 24 July 2026. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.
Following Admission, the Company will have 68,817,346 ordinary shares of £0.00125 each in issue. The Company has no shares in treasury, therefore the figure of 68,817,346 should be used by shareholders for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
