Temporary Suspension
Boston International Holdings PLC has requested a temporary suspension of its ordinary shares from listing and trading on the London Stock Exchange, effective May 1, 2026, due to delays in publishing its Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended December 31, 2025. The company anticipates this suspension will remain in place until the 2025 Accounts are published, after which it will seek to have the suspension lifted.

The Company announces that due to delays to the statutory audit, it is unable to publish its Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2025 (the "2025 Accounts") by 30 April 2026.
As a result, the Company has requested that its ordinary shares be temporarily suspended from listing on the Official List and from trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities with effect from 7:30 a.m. on 1 May 2026, pending publication of the 2025 Accounts, following which the Company will request that the suspension be lifted.
The Company will seek to publish the 2025 Accounts as soon as possible.
