Former CEO Sara Murray files libel claim against company over September 2025 litigation update announcement.

Big Technologies plc (AIM: BIG), a leading provider of electronic monitoring solutions, announces that Big Technologies has been served with a Claim Form against the Company by former Chief Executive Officer, Sara Murray, in respect of the Litigation Update announcement that was released on 12 September 2025 (the “12 September Litigation Update”).
The Claim Form asserts that Sara Murray is entitled to damages for libel (as well as other relief) but does not quantify the amount of the damages she claims against the Company. Precise details about the claim will become known when particulars of claim are served.
The 12 September 2025 Litigation Update was made to comply with the Company's obligations as an AIM quoted company, in particular the UK Market Abuse Regulations and the AIM Rules for Companies. Whilst the Company is awaiting the particulars of claim, the Company notes that extensive legal advice was taken in preparation of the 12 September 2025 Litigation Update, in particular to mitigate any risk of a defamation claim.
