The Company was notified on 22 January 2024 by the Trustees of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT"), that the EBT had purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 pence each in the Company on 19 January 2024 at a price of £0.98 per share and a further 500,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 pence each in the Company on 22 January 2024 at a price of £1.06 per share
The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries.
Following this transaction, a total of 3,637,304 shares representing 1.25 per cent of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
