Bango PLC has announced that as of February 28, 2026, its total issued share capital stands at 77,040,826 shares, with each share carrying one voting right. This increase is due to the issuance of 54,000 new ordinary shares following the exercise of employee share options under the Bango 2005 Employee Share Option Plan. The company currently holds no shares in treasury, meaning the total number of voting rights available to shareholders for notification purposes under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules is 77,040,826.

Cambridge, UK, 2 March 2026 - In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs") Bango notifies the market of the following.
As at 28 February 2026, the total issued share capital of Bango was 77,040,826 shares, with each share carrying one voting right. This follows the issue of 54,000 New Ordinary Shares following the exercise of employee share options during the month ended 28 February 2026.
All 54,000 New Ordinary Shares have been issued under the block listing for the Bango 2005 Employee Share Option Plan.
Bango does not currently hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Bango is 77,040,826.
The above figure of 77,040,826 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of Bango under the DTRs.
