On 2 July 2026 the Company released an announcement recommending final ordinary dividend for 2026 of 2.8 euro cents per share and an additional special dividend of 0.3 euro cents per share, totalling 3.1 euro cents per share. This recommendation was approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 23 September 2026.
The Company's shareholders will receive their dividends in EUR, unless they have made an election to receive their dividends in GBP. The deadline for the currency election in respect of the final and special dividends payment was 25 September 2026.
This announcement confirms that the GBP exchange rate applicable to the final and special dividends for shareholders who made a currency election before the applicable deadline (or did not change their previous election to receive dividends in GBP) and who therefore will receive their dividends in GBP is:
| Total declared dividend | Exchange rate | Total dividend to be paid for those receiving dividends in sterling |
| 3.1 euro cents per share | EUR 1 = GBP 0.8555 | 2.6521 pence per share |
The dividends will be paid on 16 October 2026 to shareholders who were on the register at the close of business on 11 September 2026.
Please note, the Company's shareholders can change their election for each dividend by following the guidance on the company website: balticclassifieds.com/dividends, and if they do not re-elect then they will receive the dividend in the same currency for which they elected for the previous dividend.
