Baltic Classifieds Group PLC has announced a correction to a previous notification regarding a transaction by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities. Ed Williams, a Non-Executive Director, purchased 211,095 ordinary shares on December 11, 2025, at an aggregated price of 189.0089 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr. Williams and his Persons Closely Associated now hold a total of 3,264,839 ordinary shares, representing 0.68% of the company's issued share capital.

The following amendment has been made to the "Notification of transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")" announcement released on 11 December 2025 at 10:01 under RNS No 1998L.
The holding of Ed Williams, together with his Persons Closely Associated, was incorrectly stated as 3,053,744 ordinary shares of 1 pence each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The correct holding is 3,264,839 Ordinary Shares.
All other details remain unchanged.

The Company announces that it has been notified that Ed Williams, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has bought 211,095 ordinary shares of 1 pence each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 11 December 2025.
