The Company's 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Panmure Liberum, Ropemaker Place, 25 Ropemaker Street, London, EC2Y 9LY at 2.30 p.m. (BST) on Friday 25 September 2026. Details of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM.
